What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will get to: Manage profitability of industrial and commercialEHT (Electric Heat Trace)projects, by ensuring thatappropriate costand schedule controls areutilized. Plans,organizesand directs all design engineering, procurement, system installation, and commissioning activities for projects. Manage revenue,costsand gross margin against cost estimate for industrial and commercial projects. Monitors project financial status and controls costs during execution to maintain profit margins. Ensures that schedules aremaintainedand the projectsproceedin accordance withthe contract documents and customer expectations. Promote asafety firstculture. Establishes customerrelationshipatappropriatelevel and manages expectationsrelativeto scope, price and schedule. Capturesscopechange and effectively communicates this to the customer. Oversees thetimelyinvoicing for an assigned project and ensures all monies are collected in an acceptabletime frame. Verifiesscopeof work definition for assigned projects and ensures that the executed contract documents accurately reflect that which was portrayed in the commercial quotation. Support design reviews and verify that engineering workcomplies withcustomer specifications, company standards, applicable codes, and industry regulations. Participate in field walks, constructability reviews, and installation verification activities. You have: Construction Management or EngineeringBachelor’s Degreerequired, technical degree (engineering) preferred. Position will require travel to customer sites ~25 %of the year. Previousexperience in or with: 5+ years ofEngineering or Construction experience Exposure to Heat Tracing technology is an asset. Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present and influence views in a clear and compelling manner Knowledge of the engineering, maintenance and/or operations experience at a petrochemical facility or industrial site.
