Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at our Needham location. Key Responsibilities Include Performing complex diagnostic evaluations, reviewing medical histories, and assessing patients' functional status across cardiopulmonary, developmental, musculoskeletal, neurological, and sensorimotor domains. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, setting goals, administering therapies, monitoring outcomes, and modifying programs as needed. Recommending orthotics, assistive devices, and technology, coordinating with vendors, and training patients and families on equipment use. Documenting assessments, diagnoses, and treatments in medical records, preparing reports, referrals, and handling billing codes for reimbursement. Enhancing clinical knowledge through professional development, participating in peer review, and sharing insights with the team. Serving as a clinical instructor for student externships, guiding learning objectives, and evaluating performance. Supervising staff such as PTAs or rehab aides and contributing to departmental training.
