Campus Custodial Operations CoordinatorWork under the supervision of the Custodial Supervisor at the assigned campus. Coordinate the campus custodial operations. Establish and follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds. Take direction from the campus principal, as needed, to facilitate events and functions. Evaluate assigned custodians on a regular basis.Duty Days: 226Start Date: ASAPSalary: $16.62 minimumQualifications:Minimum of three years custodial experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredValid Texas driver's licenseTraining in management/supervision preferredSpecial Knowledge and Skills:Ability to understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures;Ability to maintain an accurate inventory of all campus supplies;Ability to maintain accurate attendance and personnel records;Must be able to submit accurate timesheets;Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenance;Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment;Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies;Ability to manage personnel;Effective planning and organizational skills;Strong interpersonal skills
