Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
• Monitor fetal heart rates using the GE EFM system and respond to obstetric emergencies.
• Administer and titrate medications such as Pitocin and various cardiac drips.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Float to Medsurg/Peds as required by patient census needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Minnesota.
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
• Must have experience in Medsurg/Peds and Labor & Delivery.
• Experience in critical access settings preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry and monitor strips.
• Strong communication, motivation, and approachability skills.
