Physical Therapist Job Opening in Boynton Beach, FL Bolduc Physical / Aquatic Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a compassionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our well-established outpatient practice in Boynton Beach, FL. For more than 20 years, our clinic has provided personalized, one-on-one care across orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, balance/vestibular, chronic pain, and aquatic therapy. Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 Qualifications Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current PT licensure or eligibility to test for PT license required Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. Provide one-on-one care using manual therapy, aquatic therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance/gait training, and functional rehab. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and long-term self-management strategies. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity and high-quality patient care. Skills Manual therapy and hands-on care techniques. Therapeutic exercise prescription and progression. Balance, gait, and functional mobility training.
