Event Coordinator Assistant

Why the position exists: This entry-level role supports event planning and live execution while developing experience in hospitality logistics and guest relations.
This is hospitality in motion. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.
• Assist with timelines, room assignments, materials, and vendor details
• Interact with hosts, attendees, vendors, and venue staff
• Support setup, event execution, and breakdown
• Document changes and communicate updates to the event team
Success in the role: A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
