We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to serve as a critical point of contact for our Potential New Clients (PNCs). In this role, you will listen to their stories, connect them to our firm’s value, and help them take the vital steps toward resolving their legal matters. This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on structured follow-up, consultative selling, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing delicate personal matters, mapping out engagement strategies, and seamlessly transitioning new clients to our legal team. The Role This role serves as the critical bridge for PNCs after the attorney has provided guidance on issues and potential solutions. The role ensures that PNCs transition smoothly from receiving education about their concerns to actively pursuing resolution. Your mission is to actively follow up with PNCs, create strategic engagement plans, secure signed agreements, and ensure every new client experiences a warm, thorough onboarding process. Compensation Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Type: Full-time, hybrid (40 hours per week). Bonus: Monthly bonus opportunities tied to meeting KPIs established for the position.
