CET Legal Counsel Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited institution; admission to practice law in Colombia and/or Mexico preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a multinational company or Tier 1 law firm. Uphold high ethical standards and dedication to compliance. Knowledge of business law, contracts, and regulations—particularly concerning chemicals and manufacturing. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Have worked with outside lawyers and managed budgets (nice-to-have).
