Powell is seeking a Lead Assembler to oversee and coordinate the assembly of switchgear and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time production and quality. The successful candidate will mentor a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and QA to meet production targets and safety standards.
