Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver insurance technology solutions and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

• Analyze P&C insurance processes including Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, and Rating systems.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement discussions.

• Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, user stories, and UAT coordination.

• Collaborate on API integrations, data mapping, and system enhancement initiatives.

• Prepare BRD, FRD, workflows, process documents, and reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in P&C Insurance domain.

• Strong techno-functional expertise with excellent analytical skills.

• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar insurance platforms is preferred.

• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data analysis.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance certifications or CBAP certification preferred.

• Experience in digital transformation and cloud-based insurance solutions is a plus.
