Job Type Full‑time What You'll Do Execute client retention and revenue growth strategies for enterprise accounts within your portfolio Identify and capitalize on opportunities to implement artificial intelligence software solutions at all levels of customer organizations (Dealers) Collaborate with teams across Car Wars departments to ensure customer satisfaction Develop detailed project plans and track against milestones Manage executive‑level communications and presentations to client accounts Develop and earn a high degree of trust with key contacts within the client base Requirements Professionals with 3‑5 years of customer or prospect‑facing experience Bachelor's degree Experience in the automotive industry preferred Independent and proactive problem solver Willingness for client‑based travel up to 50% (10‑12 business days / month) Effective communication across various audiences, including presentation skills Curiosity and interest in solving tough challenges Obsessive attention to detail while maintaining a big‑picture view of projects What's In It For You Competitive salary package (immediate PTO) Full medical and dental insurance plans Fidelity 401(k) with company match options Fun perks including a monthly gym reimbursement and reading allowance Clearly defined opportunities for career growth Catered breakfast on Thursdays, Employee of the Month rewards, company events Greatness is rewarded at Call Box.
