Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Availability: Schedule may vary based on client needs but will not exceed 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin EMT License required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required)
• Strong interest in medical triage and onsite injury prevention
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Your Role

• Medical Triage
• Conduct patient assessments
• Administer first aid
• Perform audiometric testing (audiograms)
• Drug screens
• Provide job coaching
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Vision Screens
• Provide guided treatment under provider direction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Key Responsibilities

• Promote health initiatives and engage with staff
• Track and report program outcomes

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
