RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Sterling, CO

We’re seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a supportive maternity team in Sterling, Colorado . This is a great opportunity for an L&D RN who enjoys providing high-quality care in a community-focused hospital setting.

Position Overview:

• Provide comprehensive care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum

• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes in condition

• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries

• Collaborate closely with OB providers, anesthesia, and NICU/pediatric teams

• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or compact license

• BLS required

• NRP required (ACLS preferred)

• 2+ years of recent L&D experience preferred

• Strong fetal monitoring and newborn care skills
