Description POSITION SUMMARY As a General Manager, you will play a central role in the strategic and operational management of our commercial real estate portfolio. This dynamic position involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of commercial properties, ensuring optimal financial performance, maintaining positive tenant relationships, and implementing effective property management strategies. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant services. Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of property issues. Act as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner. Foster positive tenant relationships by maintaining effective communication and resolving issues proactively. Collaborate with leasing teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants. Manage lease agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with leasing professionals. Monitor rent collections, financial performance, and expenses to achieve budgetary goals. Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders. Familiarity with property types such as office buildings, industrial properties, and mixed-use developments. Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and codes governing commercial real estate. Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
