Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with classroom routines and the ability to follow teacher guidance

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education or related fields is a plus

• Readiness to assist with daily classroom activities, including small group and one-on-one support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students individually or in groups under the supervision of a licensed teacher
• Assist in implementing lesson plans and adapting materials as needed to help all students access the curriculum
• Encourage student participation and foster an inclusive environment where students feel valued
• Support students with special needs according to individualized education plans (IEPs), following teacher and specialist guidance
• Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and during activities
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment
