Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in the repair of the buildings and grounds of a luxury residential apartment community.
- Prepares vacant units for occupancy.
- Inspects building and grounds for cleanliness and repairs.
- Responds to service requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Performs duties according to (OSHA) standards and follows company policies.
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, and operating procedures .
- High school diploma required. Universal CFC license required. Minimum 4 years related experience required.
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred.
- Must have own transportation . Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
- Salary commensurate with qualifications.
- PLEASE INCLUDE CELL NUMBER ON RESPONSE.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in building maintenance (high-rise experience a plus)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HVAC, pluming, electrical, and appliance repair
- Availability for emergency on-call rotation
- Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently
- Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
- Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs
- A service mentality, desire to learn and contribute
