PRN therapy position requirements include:

• Current Georgia license
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a long-term care/skilled nursing community
• Experience working in a person-directed care community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS first aid certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Ability to work at least one shift per month
• Strong teamwork/collaboration skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
