Are you a compassionate and skilled Veterinarian looking to make a positive impact on the lives of animals? Look no further! Join our team at Animal League of Gaston Co. d/b/a Low-Cost Spay/Neuter & Animal Hospital in Gastonia, NC. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, low-cost wellness and vaccination clinics, as well as affordable surgeries. Our state-of-the-art hospital opened on June 20, 2025, and we are excited to welcome a new Veterinarian to our team.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals and diagnose illnesses or injuries
- Develop and implement treatment plans for companion animals based on their conditions
- Perform surgical procedures such as spaying/neutering, tumor removals, and more
- Administer vaccinations and medications to prevent and treat diseases
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care, including nutrition, exercise, and grooming

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $145,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, flexible schedules, tuition reimbursement, and more. Join our team and enjoy a 3-4 day work week, Simple IRA with a 3% match, and opportunities for growth and development.
