Preferably hospitals, physicians like orthopedics surgeons, assisted independent livings, SNFs, long term care facilities, memory Care Alzheimers./liliFacilities, discharge planners who work within these organizations and case managers can be a good resource for referrals./liliMust have reliable transportation and car insurance./liliMust have a good understanding of home health or hospice guidelines services./liliMust be outspoken, with great communication skills and ability to facilitate events, presentations and luncheons if needed./li/ulh3Benefits Salary Offered/h3ulliEmployer pays 100% of your Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Premiums/lili401K with a 2% Employer Match/lili1 week of PTO for your 1st year of employment.
