Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife opportunity

We are looking for a part‑time Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife at our El Cajon Health Center. Bring your passion for reproductive healthcare to life by providing high‑quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling. You’ll also be a go‑to medical resource, supporting and empowering both licensed and non‑licensed team members. This is a part‑time role, a 3‑day work schedule, designed for licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Certified Nurse Midwives licensed in the state of California. Please note: the following schedule is based on a 2‑week rotation: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Saturday. In this role, you’ll get to: Change lives. Receive a rigorous training and on‑boarding program similar to a fellowship. Collaborate with other Healthcare providers, Physicians, and Management on patient care and clinical improvements. Partner with a Case Management team, which will communicate with patients on lab results, referrals, and other aspects of patient care. Gain new skills such as IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, Bartholin Cyst I&D, and prescribe GAHT (Gender Affi ning Hormone therapy).
