We’re seeking a Packer & Entry Level Production Associate (Temp-to-Hire) to work at a premier manufacturing facility, Novolex, in Baxter Springs, KS. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay Rate:  $18.91/hr with shift differential Shift - various 7am to 3pm (Mon- Fri) OR 11pm to 7am (Sunday - Thurs) What’s a typical day as Packer & Entry Level Production Associate? You’ll be:

• Packing finished goods with care and accuracy to ensure quality standards are met
• Assisting with various production processes on the manufacturing floor
• Adhering strictly to safe work practices to keep yourself and your teammates protected
• Maintaining high quality standards and following all instructions precisely

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are available to work the third shift (11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday)
• Are reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to long-term employment stability
• Can follow instructions, perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and work collaboratively within a team
• Have previous warehouse or production experience
