Our client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator / Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Our ideal candidate must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, 10- Key Calculators, and Data Entry.

Order Entry Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Accurately enter customer orders and maintain order records
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Record and verify numerical data with a high level of accuracy
• Utilize a 10-key calculator for daily calculations
• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Use Excel formulas including: SUM Multiplication & Division, etc
• Import files and data into company systems
• Match and reconcile data across reports and spreadsheets
• Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word
• Review and manage PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
• Communicate and coordinate through Microsoft Outlook
• Walk throughout the plant to locate foremen and production personnel as needed
• Assist with general administrative and customer service duties
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Order Entry Specialist Qualifications:

• Strong data entry and order entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clear and professional writing ability
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using a 10-key calculator
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to import, organize, and verify data
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver's license
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
