Why Join The Boat House Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Work alongside passionate boating professionals Be part of a growing organization with a strong reputation in the marine industry What You'll Do Plan, promote, and execute boat shows, customer events, on-water experiences, and community activations Support localized marketing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and sales opportunities Manage social media engagement and maintain brand consistency across assigned channels Coordinate marketing projects and requests while keeping stakeholders informed Assist with event logistics, attendee tracking, promotional materials, and post-event reporting Collaborate with store leadership teams to support location‑specific marketing initiatives Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement Serve as a visible ambassador for The Boat House brand throughout Southwest Florida What We're Looking For 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, community engagement, or a related field Experience planning and executing events from concept through completion Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Social media knowledge and basic content creation experience Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self‑starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast‑paced environment Ability to travel regularly between Southwest Florida locations Comfortable working primarily in‑person and participating in evening or weekend events as needed Preferred Qualifications Marine, boating, automotive, powersports, hospitality, or outdoor recreation experience Experience with Salesforce, ClickUp, or similar project management platforms Comfortable appearing in social media content and short‑form video Passion for boating and the outdoor lifestyle Benefits Competitive salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year Full benefits package including 401(K) matching, dental, vision, health, paid time off, flexible spending account, employee discount Career advancement opportunities within The Boat House How We Support Equal Opportunity The Boat House is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
