In order to be considered, candidates will need experience within the corrugate industry including converting machines (BHS specifically).

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience and be ready to move into a management role within 24 months.

Background Qualifications

Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box

Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems

Union environment

Day To Day Duties

Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs

Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds

Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime

Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management
