ServiceNow Product Manager

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Product Management, ITSM leadership, or Enterprise Systems Management
• Experience managing or leading technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow and its core ITSM modules
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience driving technical agendas across large teams and managing complex, interconnected systems and data flows
• Preferred: CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMP certification
• Preferred: ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification
• Preferred: Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex IT documentation
• Preferred: Self-directed, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive organizational change across teams
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time
• Must occasionally move around the office to access file cabinets and office machinery
• Must frequently communicate with coworkers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations, and exchange accurate information

• Define and deliver the product vision, roadmap, and enhancement strategy for our internal enterprise ServiceNow ITSM platform
• Lead, mentor, and direct ServiceNow developers, system administrators, and business analysts
• Manage the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story creation, and release management
• Work with internal business units to gather requirements, improve Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset workflows, and increase platform adoption
• Establish platform governance, performance metrics, and continuous service improvement initiatives
• Maintain system baselines and configuration management items in alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Recommend and, once approved, implement process and policy improvements across the ServiceNow platform
