Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Nights (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | 12-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting with a 2:1 to 3–4:1 patient ratio
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in a 27-bed unit
• Float to Step-Down unit as needed based on staffing requirements
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Document patient care accurately using the facility's EMR system (MEDHOST)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience
• Proficiency or ability to work with MEDHOST EMR
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• Experience floating to Step-Down or progressive care units
