This is an outstanding opportunity to work on highly visible new product development projects while designing real-time embedded software that powers critical electromechanical systems. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and seeing your work move from concept to production, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain embedded software for controllers, sensors, and intelligent electromechanical productsDevelop software architecture and embedded control solutions from concept through production launchOptimize software performance, reliability, manufacturability, and overall system functionalityParticipate in new product development activities using APQP and Stage-Gate methodologiesPerform software validation, verification, and system integration testingLead or support root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for embedded software and electrical systemsEvaluate customer specifications and develop scalable embedded software solutionsQualificationsMust have Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering disciplineMust have 6+ years of embedded software development experienceStrong experience developing embedded systems using C/C++, Linux, and RTOS environmentsExperience with Python, C#, JavaScript, HTML, or ReactExperience with embedded architecture, system integration, and performance optimizationKnowledge of embedded debugging tools and real-time software developmentKnowledge of embedded controllers, sensors, and electromechanical systemsExperience with APQP, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis (8D), and product development processesQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
