About the Role:

Marco's Pizza, managed by Boeing Food Management, is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, OH! This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your leadership career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a nationally recognized pizza brand.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor food preparation, portion control, and quality standards in line with Marco's Pizza guidelines
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations; operate within Marco's Franchising operational guidelines. 
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with scheduling store to employees to meet customer service and labor goals
• Run restaurant when GM is not working. Requires running location on Saturday and Sunday
• Execute weekly inventory and order all Food and Beverages from designated suppliers. 

Requirements:

• 1-2 years prior experience in restaurant management, shift leadership, or a supervisory role required 
• Strong leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification (ServSafe) is a plus or willingness to obtain
• Reliable, dependable, and a positive team-first attitude
• ServeSafe Certification Preferred but will train if needed
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
