Sales Arborist

The Sales Arborist is responsible for maintaining existing clients, along with generating new clients. The Sales Arborist position is classified under the Fair Labor Standards Act, (FLSA), as an exempt position. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Effective oral and written communication and customer service skills Meet Deadlines and make sure Que is up to date Ability to Multitask, plan and organize workload Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others Ability to work accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sell to prospects and clients using all available sales tools, e.g., Incoming customer calls, Client Referrals and Trade Show Response Follow up on Prospects in a timely manner to avoid declination of approved work Estimate job costs for prospective clients and turn in all proposal materials to sales team for bid/proposal submission Interact and communicate in a professional manner with Office, Field Staff, and Clients by telephone and/or email Organize presentations for Project Managers, Board of Directors, and/or Committees Help with collecting on delinquent accounts as needed Assist with any marketing campaigns Attend Company Trade shows, BOMA, CAI and/or CACM seminars Maintain good trade relations with those in allied businesses with whom there is a reciprocal business. Attend board meetings, pre-bid walks, and bid walks to gain knowledge of the project prior to bid submission. Manages, develops, and properly utilizes direct reports.
