As an Account Manager at Western Agency, you'll play a key role in helping businesses protect what matters most. Working alongside producers, account executives, and fellow account managers, you'll provide exceptional client service, maintain strong carrier relationships, and ensure clients receive the guidance and support they need throughout the policy lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering a high level of service. You'll serve as a trusted resource for clients while collaborating with a team dedicated to helping others navigate risk and make informed insurance decisions.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Build comprehensive and accurate risk profiles that help protect client assets and support long-term coverage strategies.
• Partner with producers on presentations, policy delivery, and renewal discussions to strengthen client relationships and retention.
• Manage day-to-day servicing needs for personal lines accounts, including policy changes, billing inquiries, claims assistance, applications, and quoting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriters to support effective placement and service outcomes.
• Review and renew existing coverages to help ensure clients maintain appropriate protection as their needs evolve.
• Issue certificates, binders, and evidence of property documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate policy records within the agency management system.
• Support the overall client experience by proactively addressing questions, coverage concerns, and service requests.

What You BringDay One:

• Experience supporting personal lines insurance accounts in an agency environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license, or the ability and willingness to obtain one.

Valuable Additions:

• Experience working directly with underwriters and insurance carriers.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance coverages and policy servicing processes.
• Experience handling certificates, binders, renewals, claims support, and policy changes.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and insurance databases.
• Prior experience supporting both commercial and personal lines clients.
• Industry designations or ongoing professional development within insurance.

Pay Range: Posted below*

*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis. Roles may also be eligible for a supplemental compensation, such as performance-based bonus, commission, or equity. Specific eligibility will be discussed with Talent Acquisition team.
