The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the Sales department through lead generation and acquiring new logo accounts. This role focuses on qualifying inbound leads, prospecting into target accounts through outbound sales efforts, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-driven, and skilled at communicating value propositions to prospective customers while maintaining strong collaboration with internal sales teams. Lead Generation & Prospecting Proactively prospect into target accounts through outbound calling and lead generation activities. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales-ready opportunities. Proactively call into accounts, track, utilize, and maintain all data in our corporate CRM database. Use auto-dialing systems to achieve daily and monthly activity metrics. Partner with internal and external sales team members to develop a given territory, call on targeted account lists, and participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for securing new accounts. Collaborate with all Sales Department team members to prioritize prospecting efforts and accounts to target. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Build relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts to uncover project opportunities and business needs. Establish rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Effectively communicate EAC’s value propositions and recommend appropriate solutions and services. Understand prospect needs and requirements while overcoming objections professionally and effectively. Communicate and present sales offerings to customers, internal and external team members through various methods such as MS PowerPoint or other electronic means. Sales Support & Collaboration Maintain strong communication and follow-up with internal sales teams. Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline activity metrics and KPI goals set by sales management. Actively contribute ideas and strategies for securing new accounts and improving prospecting effectiveness. Track, utilize, and maintain all data in our corporate CRM database. Product & Industry Knowledge Maintain current knowledge of EAC’s products, services, and solutions. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market updates. Attending in-person or virtual sales demonstrations, trade shows, or other events. Other duties as assigned as company needs dictate. Qualifications

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Education & Experience Associates or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred. 1–3 years of sales, phone-based lead generation, marketing, or related business experience preferred. Technical aptitude preferred. Communication & Relationship Management Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong ability to influence and engage prospective customers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented sales environment. Demonstrated successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed sales goals. Sales & Professional Skills Self-starter with a strong results-oriented mindset. Ability to quickly process information and effectively overcome objections. Enthusiastic, outgoing, and high-energy personality. Professional demeanor with strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Technical Knowledge & Flexibility Knowledge of PTC suite of products preferred. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred. Technical aptitude preferred. Ability to attend after-hours events and networking activities as business needs dictate. Additional Information

COMPENSATION Base Annual Salary is $55,000 - 60,000 for this salaried, exempt Full-Time
