What You'll Do

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Document patient progress using EMR systems (Wellsky for outpatient)
Maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements
Support patient education and promote recovery goals
Ensure infection control and safety standards are met

What You Need

Valid Louisiana PT license
Minimum of 1+ years outpatient PT experience
Strong ability to independently manage caseloads
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible hours within scheduled shifts
