Job Title: Exterior Lead Technician (Leadership Role)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Exterior Lead Technician to oversee field operations and lead cleaning crews. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, team management, and ensuring projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. This is NOT a desk job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technicians on job sites
- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality control on all projects
- Perform exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties
- Manage and track equipment and supply inventory
- Conduct job inspections and ensure work meets company standards
- Handle light maintenance and basic equipment upkeep
- Coordinate and manage large-scale commercial cleaning projects
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekend work as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related field preferred
- Leadership or crew management experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
