Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an extraordinary Sales Associate with strong business building, sales, and management skills (as evidenced by a track record). The best candidate will be selected to our Assistant Manager in Training role. This ideal candidate must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, embrace the idea of sharing in the success of the business, and have a passion for health and wellness or helping people.

We’re looking for a team-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities to assist our General Manager with a wide range of store operations. These include customer service, health and wellness education, sales, marketing initiatives, and more. Key Roles

• Assist customers with their wellness goals related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, beauty, longevity and general health through client care planning
• Educate customers about Restore’s services and the health benefits they offer
• Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure the team does the same
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and work to generate leads
• Directly add to the team's successes by meeting Studio membership and sales goals
• Maintain attention to detail and professionalism through all client communication platforms and client interactions 
• Meet the community’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest and excitement in Restore’s wellness services
• Assist the Studio Manager in Social Media, Marketing and Event projects
• Represent Restore in the Community through partner events and pop-ups
• Generate reports related to store performance
