Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Prod Admin to provide administrative support to the Production Managers. The Production Admin will be responsible for managing production-related documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting employees with administrative needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Job Functions Support Production Managers with administrative tasks. Manage UKG entries, including schedule changes, missed punches, and vacation requests. Assist employees with filling out and submitting required forms. Review and update Yields to ensure accuracy and compliance. Review and update First Unit Checks documentation. Review and update WIP counts. Review and update Work Orders. Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of production-related paperwork. Communicate effectively with employees and management to resolve administrative issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Production department. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in administrative or clerical support, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with UKG or similar HR/Timekeeping systems is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Demands: Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. Ability to sit for long periods of time and work on a computer Position Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to train and teach others. Ability to work in hot or cold environments Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend required paperwork in English MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint (proficiency) Experience in clerical support (2+ years Preferred)
