Technical Lead Product Manager

Collaborate with business stakeholders| architects| and engineering teams to define technical and functional solutions.
Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs using Java 17| Spring Boot| Spring Web| and Spring JPA.
Lead the development of responsive web applications using React.
Design| optimize| and support solutions using PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka.
Provide technical leadership| mentoring| and guidance to development teams.
Review solution designs| code| and technical deliverables to ensure quality| scalability| and maintainability.
Drive Agile delivery| sprint planning| estimation| risk management| and release execution.
Ensure adherence to coding standards| security requirements| testing practices| and CI/CD processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful delivery.
Track delivery metrics| product outcomes| and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate project status| risks| and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.
Demonstrate expertise in leading product and engineering teams while balancing business objectives with technical excellence.
