We need a leader who can develop people, create accountability, manage operations and turn goals into measurable results. The Opportunity You will initially lead our Woodforest studio, learn the BODYBAR business and develop its Assistant Managers. Our new Memorial studio is targeted to open in March 2027. As we prepare for the opening, you will help recruit, develop and prepare the Memorial team. Once Memorial opens, the position will expand into full operational leadership of both studios. - Coach and develop Assistant Managers and their teams.
- Recruit, onboard and retain strong employees.
- Establish clear expectations and accountability.
- Build a positive, collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Drive membership, sales, retention and revenue performance.
- Monitor KPIs and turn performance data into action plans.
- Coach teams to improve sales execution and member experience.
- Partner with our external lead-generation team to improve bookings, follow-up and conversion.
- Establish consistent operating and service standards.
- Support Memorial through staffing, opening and ongoing operations.
- Create scalable systems that support both locations.
- Five or more years of progressive leadership, operations, sales or customer-focused management experience.
- Proven success leading teams and developing managers or emerging leaders.
- Demonstrated success improving sales, revenue, retention, customer satisfaction or other measurable results.
- Experience recruiting, coaching and retaining employees.
- Confidence using KPIs to drive decisions and accountability.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style.
