What You’ll Do As a Nurse Tech, you will support residents and nursing team members by helping provide personal care, comfort, and dignity each day. Responsibilities include: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Support meal service, hydration, and resident engagement. Take and report vital signs as directed. Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control practices. Bring a STAR mentality to your work: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, and Respectful . What We’re Looking For An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska . Experience working with the elderly or providing personal care in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, assisted living, or similar setting preferred.
