About Us
We are a family-owned agricultural supply company proudly serving farmers across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. As an independent agronomy business since 1979, we specialize in delivering high-quality seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products directly to local farms. Our success is built on personalized service, reliability, and integrity—and we treat every employee like part of our family.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a full-time Class A CDL Driver with Hazmat Endorsement who will also assist with warehouse operations. This position offers the perfect balance between local truck driving and hands-on warehouse work, allowing you to be home most nights while supporting the agricultural community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving: Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers to deliver seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products to farms in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana.
- Warehouse: Load and unload trucks, organize inventory, and help maintain a clean and safe warehouse facility.
- Follow DOT regulations and uphold all company safety standards.
This role is ideal for a dependable, team-oriented driver who enjoys agriculture and local routes with a consistent schedule.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay based on experience
- 100% Company-Paid Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision) for employees
- 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays
- Home Most Nights – minimal overnight travel
- Family-Owned Company Culture – you’re more than just a number here
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL License with Hazmat Endorsement
- Clean driving record and ability to comply with DOT safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks
- Prior agricultural delivery or farm driving experience is a plus (not required)
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays (March–June)
- Primarily local and regional routes throughout Ohio and Indiana
Join a company that values its employees as much as its customers. If you’re a Class A CDL Driver looking for a stable, family-oriented agricultural company where you can grow your career, we want to hear from you!
