Trial Attorney

300+ trials. 1,700 billable hours. A small roster of lawyers who actually like going to court. We're recruiting for one of Denver's most interesting litigation boutiques, a firm intentionally built around cases likely to go to court and lawyers who want to be there when they do. The firm has the accessibility and agility of a boutique and the depth of trial experience typically found only in the country's largest firms. The lawyers handle complex business disputes, white-collar matters, serious felony cases, professional liability defense, and other high-stakes litigation. The firm is hiring a lawyer with approximately 4-8 years of litigation experience and a federal judicial clerkship (REQUIRED). Associates receive substantive responsibility and hands‑on mentoring designed to develop trial lawyers. The work ranges from case strategy and direct client work to taking depositions, arguing motions, preparing witnesses, and gaining meaningful courtroom experience alongside lawyers who have tried hundreds of cases. This is not a group that believes excellent lawyering requires performative misery. They're social. They have fun. They genuinely like one another, and they love trying cases and talking about cases. The standards are high, the work is fulfilling, and people have lives outside the office. Base compensation is approximately $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience, with bonus potential that can easily bring total compensation to $200k to $300k. #J-18808-Ljbffr
