This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth. Restaurant Manager Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role with a proven track record of success. Hands-on leadership style.
