Production Line LeadGilmer is seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee daily production operations at our flagship Cochran facility. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of approximately 15-25 employees while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer requirements are met.We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and takes pride in developing people and driving results.
