Project Manager

Alexander Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and labor while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong construction project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully coordinate between customers, field teams, vendors, and internal departments. What You’ll Do Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from kickoff through closeout Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and job costs Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and manpower Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Build and maintain strong customer and contractor relationships Ensure projects comply with safety standards and contract requirements Work closely with field leadership and internal teams to support successful project execution What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction required Commercial HVAC, plumbing, or pipefitting experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Construction Management degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered Pre-Employment Requirements Drug Screen Medical Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) In compliance with Federal and State equal employment opportunity laws, qualified applicants are considered for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, veteran status, non-job related disability, or any other protected group status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
