Diagnostician | Arlington, Texas

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as a Bilingual Educational Diagnostician in a vibrant school community near Arlington, TX. This full-time contract role spans from August 11, 2026, to May 21, 2027, ensuring a school year full of meaningful impact. Your bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish will be an asset as you collaborate with students, educators, and families to foster academic growth and develop individualized education plans.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Certification or eligibility as an Educational Diagnostician
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with special education compliance and evaluation processes
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse populations
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' educational needs
- Interpret evaluation results and present recommendations to IEP teams
- Develop, monitor, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support instructional staff with strategies and interventions tailored to each student
- Collaborate closely with families to explain procedures, findings, and next steps
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential student records as required by state and federal guidelines
