Are you looking for flexible, 1-on-1 patient care with less stress? Qualifications You have a current unrestricted RN nursing license in the state of Illinois. You have at least 1 year of experience on your license. You have infusion experience. You have a valid negative TB test, CPR certification, and work physical. You have a valid driver's license, vehicle with insurance, and can reliably commute to the job location. Preferred experience: peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV infusion therapy, pick-lines, port access, injections, and self‑infusion training; home care or home health experience preferred. Responsibilities Perform infusions in the home environment. Provide nursing care as defined by the client’s individual Plan of Care and within the scope of the state’s nurse practice act. Monitor patient condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes. Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill. Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Counsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs. Schedule 2 to 5 hour infusions.
