We are seeking an Experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time position; we have afternoon and night shifts available to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves close monitoring of vital signs and clear communication within a one-to-one patient-to-nurse care environment. Our priority cases for afternoon/NOC shifts are as follows:

Case #1: Tustin, CA

Hours: Mon-Fri 2:30p-10:30p

G-Tube dependent patient

*Behavioral Health experienced nurse needed

Case #2: La Habra, CA

Hours: Mon-Fri / Sat-Sun 3p-11p

G-Tube dependent patient

Case #3: Anaheim, CA

Hours: Mon-Fri | Any PM shift time

G-Tube dependent patient

Case #4: Fountain Valley, CA
Hours: Mon-Fri 1p-9p

Ventilator dependent patient

Case #5: Fountain Valley, CA

Hours: Mon-Thurs 9a-5p

G-Tube dependent patient

Case #6: Norwalk, CA
Hours: Mon-Fri 7a-3p

Trach dependent patient

Pay Range: $30-35

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care with a focus on individual needs
• Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately
• Maintain clear communication with patients and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a licensed vocational nurse
• Proficient in patient care techniques
• Experience managing G-Tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care

Preferred Qualifications

• Tracheostomy and ventilator training and refresher courses
