In our inpatient rehabilitation setting, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain independence in daily activities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, provide family and caregiver education, and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
