Travel EP Lab Tech Role Overview Assist in electrophysiology procedures such as cardiac ablations, device implantations, and cardiac mapping. Responsible for patient preparation, operating lab equipment, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining a safe environment. Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and educate patients and families about procedures and post-care Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device placements Administer medications, monitor cardiac rhythms, and respond to patient condition changes Maintain sterile technique, prepare and troubleshoot equipment, and support workflow Provide post-procedure care and ensure patient stability Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year recent EP Lab Tech experience Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certifications Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to move and assist with equipment weighing 50-100 lbs Proficiency in reading instructions, using PC, and effective visual communication Ability to work under pressure, occasionally unsupervised, and meet deadlines Additional Information Offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, licensure support, and a supportive team environment focused on professional growth and patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coastal Elite Pro
