Requirements: Previous front desk, receptionist, medical office, or dental office experience preferred Dental insurance verification experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn office software systems Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Job Duties

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Greet and check in patients upon arrival
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility information
• Collect copays, payments, and outstanding balances
• Maintain and update patient records accurately
• Assist with patient check-out procedures
• Communicate with insurance providers regarding coverage and claims
• Process incoming and outgoing office correspondence
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front office environment
• Provide administrative support and assist with additional office duties as assigned
