A growing roofing company is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee commercial and residential roofing projects. The role is responsible for supervising subcontractors, coordinating materials, maintaining quality standards, managing multiple job sites, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The position requires regular field work and travel to project locations.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
• Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate daily job site activities.
• Receive, inspect, and manage roofing materials and inventory.
• Coordinate sheet metal requirements for projects.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and company standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Work with various roofing systems including TPO, asphalt shingles, metal, concrete tile, clay tile, and synthetic roofing systems.
• Perform minor roofing repairs when necessary.
• Maintain project schedules and resolve field issues.
• Travel to various project sites as required.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Prior commercial roofing experience is required.
• Experience supervising roofing crews and subcontractors.
• Experience with commercial and residential roofing projects.
• Knowledge of multiple roofing systems (TPO, metal, shingles, tile, etc.).
• Ability to work safely on steep-slope roofs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
